Christie is an award-winning editor and filmmaker who has worked in documentary film for over 20 years. Recent editing and producing credits include THE BIG SCARY “S” WORD (HotDocs, DocNYC), DEATH IS OUR BUSINESS (Frontline), BIAS (Mill Valley, AFI), THE POINT OF NO RETURN (NOVA), and CODE: DEBUGGING THE GENDER GAP (Tribeca). She directed THE CAMPAIGN which aired on public television and screened at numerous film festivals and universities. Christie is a Member Owner and former Steering Committee Chair of film distribution coop New Day Films. She received her MA in Documentary Filmmaking from Stanford University. www.christieherring.com
