Natalie Locke is an entertainment attorney and business affairs consultant specializing in film, television, and new media. Natalie guides projects of all budget levels through financing, development, production and distribution. Natalie is passionate about helping up-and-coming film makers navigate the current industry landscape and reach their goals. In her practice, Natalie helps her clients to structure projects from the ground up and bring them to fruition. Many productions that Natalie has worked on have been developed and shot internationally, including in Fiji, Malaysia, Australia and Romania. Formerly an intellectual property litigator, Natalie also has a deep knowledge and interest in intellectual property law.
Recent projects include THE WIND (produced by Soapbox/Divide & Conquer) which premiered at TIFF and is being distributed by Magnolia and IFC, ADOPT A HIGHWAY (starring Ethan Hawke, produced by Blumhouse/Divide & Conquer) which premiered at SXSW 2019, and CLICKBAIT (produced by Stampede Ventures and Quibi, for its new platform) which is currently in pre-production.
Natalie is a Film Mentor on behalf of SXSW 2020. Natalie is an alumni of the U.C. Berkeley School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
