Drew Dickler (she/her) is an award-winning documentary filmmaker based in Brooklyn, New York. Her first feature Fireboys, about young incarcerated firefighters, premiered at Dances With Films in 2021 and is streaming on HBO Max. Much of Drew’s work explores themes of identity, resilience, and social justice. Her short films Dress (Best LGBT Film at the Independent Filmmakers Showcase) and All It Takes (Cleveland Int Film Festival) have screened at film festivals across the country. In 2022, Drew was selected as a Sundance Institute Producers Intensive fellow. Drew is also the co-founder of Deep Dive Films, a production company that makes commercial work alongside independent feature documentaries.
